APPOINTMENT TIME AND DIRECTIONS Please arrive fifteen minutes early for your appointment so that you can receive the full benefits of your service. Visit our location page for detailed driving directions and parking information.

Confirmation and Cancellations All spa and salon appointments will be confirmed with each guest the day before their spa experience. As a courtesy to our service providers as well as other guests please reschedule or cancel any appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to the full charge of the treatment. Â Spa services and packages must be held with a credit card.

Spa Etiquette Our spa is a place for relaxation and escape. Thus, we ask that you please turn your pager or cellular phone to silent while in the spa. Children are welcome in our spa. As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that you please ensure that children under the age of 12 will be accompanied by an adult, while you are enjoying your treatment. Guests under the age of 18 must obtain parental approval to receive spa services.

Share the Elements Experience with someone to show them you truly care. We here at Elements will make sure your friend or loved one receive the royal treatment. For your convenience, gift cards may be purchased online with a Visa or Master Card by filling out the form below or by calling us at 808-942-0033. We will mail the gift card directly to the recipient and they can book the appointment at their convenience.
